Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or customs duties on their purchase. If required taxes or duties are not paid and the item is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
Missed Deliveries & Pickups
Customers are responsible for collecting their packages from the post office if delivery is missed, and for communicating with their local post office or customs if a package is being held. If a package is returned to sender because it was not collected or resolved in time, Aetheria will not issue a refund. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you, and you may choose to repay the shipping fee to have it resent. If you decline or if the package is not returned to us, no refund will be provided.
