30-Day Return Window
Items purchased from Aetheria may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. All returns must be approved before sending your item back to us. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number as proof of return.
Wrong Item Received

Packages Sent Back
If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
International Orders & Duties
Aetheria is not responsible for covering any international duty fees, taxes, or additional charges. If required taxes or duties are left unpaid and your order is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
Lost, Unclaimed, or Damaged Packages
